Software as a service (SaaS)
The tracking tool DIGTECTIVE Is based on a software licensing and delivery model (SaaS) in which software is licensed on a monthly subscription basis and is centrally hosted.
The service and use of the tracking tool DIGTECTIVE allows the buyer to collect data concerning marketing costs for advertisements/ sources with the actual revenues (sales) from that advertisement/ source.
DIGTECTIVE – SERVICE COMMITMENT
Digtective AB will use commercially reasonable efforts to make DIGGER available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage for each account, during any monthly billing cycle, of at least 99.95%. The Service Commitment does not apply to any unavailability, suspension or termination of DIGGER or any other performance issues caused by factors outside of our reasonable control, including any force majeure event or Internet access or related problems beyond the demarcation point of DIGGER that result from any voluntary actions or inactions from you or any third party.
PAYMENT TERMS FOR SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription for the services of the tracking tool DIGGER is collected quarterly. Billing will be issued in advance.
If payment fails to occur, the vendor reserves the right to shut down access to the tracking system until a full payment has been collected. Access can be shut down 30 days after a reminder has been issued from the vendor.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
